A group of like minded people who want to do their bit to protect humanity and human rights around the world. Organises fundraisers such as quizzes, ceilidhs and writing competitions, letter writing to support prisoners of conscience. Their aim is to spread awareness of the important work of Amnesty International and encourage active engagement in standing up for human rights. Meets on the second Tuesday of each month at 7.30pm, at the Amnesty International Bookshop on Micklegate, York
