Advance booking strongly recommended. Card or contactless payments are strongly preferred (some areas are cashless). Glasses with marked fill lines for pints, halves and thirds from previous events can be reused. Children are free to enter but have to leave by 8pm.
The cask beer bars will be between the pillars and outside walls of the church with keg and European beers across at the end of the Nave. Cider and wine will be in the church. Most pews will be removed, with additional seating in the marquee and church hall (when not in use for events).
Food vendors: Ged Bell’s Pies, Sarras Indian Street Food, Clean Crust and CAMRA Cafe. List may be subject to change.
